Too much soy might elevate your estrogen levels
Suffering form lactose intolerance during my pregnancy, I considered Soy my protein provider friend. However as most people do when they introduce soy, I was overdoing it, consuming it everyday and on different forms; soy milk, soy yogurt, tofu in salads and soups, etc. When my midwife warned me that too mush soy would elevate my estrogen more than we wanted it to, I remembered: EVERYTHING in moderation. Yes, even too much soy is not a good thing. Now I combine soy, almond and delicious hemp milk into my diet. Nutritional variety is one of the key elements of health.
